More seriously, these are the best socks we’ve found for rowing: All  models are tailored to the athletes foot to eliminate chafing and provide arch support through a carefully engineered knitting pattern. They are designed to keep your feet dry (except for dewy docks), but if you do get wet feet, they stay warm, wicking sweat or H2O away (see our rave page about Wool). Made in Vermont, since 1978.

 We have three versions:

The quarter mesh: a light weight sock for summer rowing, warm workout rooms, and an all season sock for people who are never cold,

The quarter cushioned: The same height and structure, but warmer and with more sole cushioning: for people whose feet do get cold, or who just like a little cushion in life.

The half crew: a fully cushioned sock, with all the darn tough advantages, for people who want a little more ankle coverage…
