Take a Look Mirror

This is the best mirror we've found. The three prongs will hook onto visors or glasses, it's very adjustable (three pivot points), and can be rotated up and out of your way when you are not on the water. Made from optically correct acrylic, the frameless rectagular mirror is small but gives you a wide, unobtrusive field of vision.

Healing balms

Made by a local herbalist and loaded with natural ingredients and essential oils, these are soothing balms to ease the aches, pains and blisters of rowing and training. We find them good for the spirit as well as the ache. Try them and see if you don't agree.

	Trauma Oil Good for joint and muscle inflammation, sprains, deep pain and bruises. Apply just a few drops and massage gently on afflicted area. This can be diluted but we like it just as is. Ingredient list: Organic olive oil, arnica flower, St John's wort flower, lavender flower, lavender essential oil. Price: $15.00
	Healing Salve Use for cuts, sores bruises, rashes, blisters and infections as often as needed. We find this particularly kind to blisters overnight, and for chapped places. Ingrdient list: Olive oil, calendula flower, St John's wort flower, comfrey root and leaf, lavender flower, chickweed aerial parts, beeswax, lanolin, essential oils of lavender and rose hip. Price: $10.00
